玻利维亚签证要求
1.      Fill out visa form for request visa
填写签证申请表格
包括所有个人信息，清晰的个人签名，个人彩色近照（不戴眼镜），照片规格为４ｘ４厘米，红色底色
 With the personal  information and legible signature, recent photogram in colors (without glasses), 4cm x 4cm size, in red background.
2. A passport Copy
护照复印件（一张）
护照的有效使用期至少有六个月
Expiration date of passport at least have six months.
3. Non-criminal Certificate
无犯罪记录证明（需要中国人民共和国外交部认证和玻利维亚驻华使馆的认证）
近期在本国无犯罪记录的证明在当地公安机关开，译成西班牙文做公证，送至北京做双认证。（双认证费880元 3周）

4. Hotel Ticket Booking or Notarize Invitation Letter of Bolivia
预订宾馆依据单及玻利维亚国公证邀请信（邀请信需要玻利维亚政府和玻利维亚驻华使馆的双认证）
出示在玻期间符合规定的宾馆预定依据或正式亲属邀请公证信，邀请人应承担应邀人住房及在玻国的所有生活费用
Exhibit effectual hotel reservation that covers the totality expenses during stay in Bolivia or a formal notarized relative invitation letter of a relative who can offer all of expenses of lodging and living of the guest.
5. Booking air tickets or Itinerary
预定机票或路线单
出示往返机票或旅行路线单
Exhibit roundtrip ticket or trip itinerary.
6. The certificate of assets in China（Certificate of bank is the best）
在中国的资产证明（银行证明最佳）
通过出示相关资料，证明在本国的资产
Proof of adequate funds in country of residence, handing the endorsement document .
7. Certificate of vaccination against Yellow Fever
黄热病接种证明
出示在有效期内具有抵御黄热病的相关证明证件
Exhibit certificate of vaccination against Yellow Fever within expiration date.
签证的批复由玻利维亚移民局决定，受理时间较长，请至少提前一，二个月办理
